The Hydrotox GmbH was founded in 1989 as “Hydrotox Laboratory for Ecotoxicology and Water Pollution Control GmbH”.

The objective of the laboratory is the routine analysis and research for industry and government for determining ecotoxicological and genotoxic effects and (bio)degradability of chemicals, materials and complex mixtures.

Staff: 5 scientists (biologists, chemist, hydrologist, environmental engineer), 2 technicians and 1 employee in administration.
