From laboratory scale to pilote scale.

Thanks to the analysis and results provided by the preceding Working Groups, these new Working Groups (IX, X & XI) can evaluate the feasibility of the methods developed by the elaboration and construction of pilot installations. This work will start this year and continue until the end of the project in July 2008.

At the level of the bio methods for the treatment of industrial effluents, it is foreseen that at least one pilot installation will be tested by an industrial partner or dye user.

The volume of sludge produced by most of the existing treatments should be reduced, which will lower the overall cost of water treatment.

The scaling up of the synthesis of bio dyes will keeps going.
