Everyone agrees on the founded good of such a declaration and the utility of its fast implementation by all the citizens of our planet.

However much of interrogations remain still outstanding as for the actions to elaborate in order to preserve this inheritance and with their effectiveness; it is in particular the case for the effluents containing dyes.
